Social & Ethical Responsibility

At Paragon Cycles we genuinely believe we have a responsibility to the workforce in our supply chain, our employees, our customers, the environment and our community.

Supply Chain – All suppliers to Paragon regularly undergo a social, ethical and environmental audit ensuring they are compliant with local environmental policy and national employment law. Employees of our suppliers are afforded the same social and ethical protection as our own employees here in the UK.

Employees – All of our experienced staff are employed above the minimum living wage and we do not employ zero hour contracts. We believe that if we look after our employees, our employees will look after our customers and our business.

Customers – If our production and service staff are happy in their daily work and employment we believe the customer experience will be much more positive as they have pride in their work and genuinely want to provide our customers with an outstanding service and their dream bike.

Environment – We are committed to ensuring our supply chain comply with our environmental policy as well as compliance to all local legislation. Recycling is explored and positively encouraged and we design our bikes intelligently to help improve our carbon footprint and waste going to landfill. Where at all possible our products and components are sourced from the UK then Europe and as a last resort from Asia.
