We are happy to offer an exchange or refund on most products. As long as your items are unused, undamaged and in their original packaging and you are within 28 days of receipt ring the customer service team on +44 01724 781634 to organise the return
Please note, unwanted items are returned at your own expense.
If you wish to return an item because it is not as described or it is faulty or damaged, we may want to inspect the product before we can refund any postage fees.
Due to the customizable and bespoke nature of some of our products returns cannot be accepted for refund, where possible these bespoke products will be repaired. Bespoke products will only be replaced or refunded at the companies’ discretion.
How to Return Items
- Call our Customer Service Team for advise, log your return and receive your unique returns number.
- Complete your returns documentation sending a copy back to the Customer Service Advisor and insert a second copy into the package to return with the product. Affix the returns labels to the outer packing.
- Arrange the collection by your courier for the return to our factory.
- Your customer service advisor will let you know when we have received the returned package and keep you informed during the inspection process.
- Once we have evaluated the product we will process a refund, credit or send your preferred alternative.
How do I return my bike?

Are any items excluded from the returns policy?
Certain products such as food or perishables cannot be returned. Personalised, bespoke or customised items, or those made to order, are also excluded unless they are faulty.
Can I get an exchange or refund before my items are returned?
Generally, with regard to returns we will not deliver an exchange until we have received the original items back for inspection. We aim to process returns efficiently, however, if you want to speed the process up please consider ordering a replacement item and then return the original for a refund.
